Simple Supply: Our Story

Growing up in a third world country in Central America made me realized how people can be happy with the simplest things. Whether it is playing soccer barefoot in the street or sharing coffee with the ones we loved. Immersing in that culture makes you reflect on how can people in extreme poverty be happy with so little.

When I moved to the United States to get a better education, I realized that many people here often forget to stop and actually enjoy what they have. It is a very competitive and materialistic environment. Life is so fast-paced and individualistic that we can easily forget to stop and enjoy what we have.

Our store is just a way to make people go back to finding joy in simple things. My designs reflect things that keep me motivated, optimistic, and grounded. It is hard to make pauses to enjoy life and be grateful for the little things, so i think we should start reminding each other to do it.
